PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and sent to production within 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
To offer you a wider variety of unique designs, we partner with a network of fulfillment centers, including both U.S.-based and international facilities.

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within an estimated 15–20 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
VetVow is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
VetVow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or delayed:

Check around your home and with household members.

Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.

Contact your local carrier to help locate the package.
If the carrier confirms in writing that the package is lost, please forward that confirmation to support@vetvow.com so we can assist you with the next steps.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
If you have purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you are entitled to a one-time reshipment of your order, provided that:

All steps above to locate the package have been completed.

Written proof from the carrier confirms the package is officially lost.
Important: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, we cannot offer a replacement — even if Shipping Protection was purchased — as tracking is our only proof of delivery.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VetVow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
